Section “WORK WITH US”
The Process Controller provides the “WORK WITH US” section where you can find information on current jobs available in DE RIGO REFRIGERATION.
The candidate can send in his/her curriculum if interested in a certain position. The Controller reserves the right to assess curricula received for jobs available.
If the candidate sends in his/her candidacy spontaneously, the Controller is not obliged to provide any information. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016, the Process Controller, when it receives curricula sent in spontaneously by the data subject, is not obliged to provide information or to ask the candidate for his/her consent for the processing of personal data (including sensitive data) contained in the document received.
Processing related to managing curricula will strictly concern the assessment, recruitment or selection of personnel, aimed at collaboration, employment for a pre-set period or indefinitely or for an internship.
Curricula sent to DE RIGO REFRIGERATION will be processed in compliance with the security measures set forth in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016.
More specifically, the curricula received for specific selection purposes can be stored and re-assessed for a later search for a similar position for a 6 months period.
Would candidates intending to send in their curricula please follow these instructions:
• the curriculum may only be sent by uploading it to the specific website section;
• use the standard European format form;
• the file name must contain the candidate’s name;
• send the document in a pdf format;
• do not include sensitive data (related, in particular, to state of health, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) or other data that is not pertinent to the job offered;
• provide consent to personal data being processed by adding the following formula at the end of the document:
“In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016, I authorise the processing of my personal data, including any sensitive data provided by me spontaneously through my curriculum vitae”.
