De Rigo Refrigeration’s “turnkey” refrigeration project for the visually appealing Despar supermarket at the Cortina Cooperative shopping centre has recently been completed.
It was a team effort that was well coordinated by the technical team of Aspiag Service for Despar; the design of our cabinets was enhanced with quality materials linked to Alpine tradition, such as larch wood, with pictures of the world’s most beautiful mountains in the background. A premium supermarket where food shopping is like going on a journey to discover the wonders of Cortina and the Dolomites.
A strong focus was placed on aesthetics and on customer and employee health by choosing lamps with Biovitae sanitisation technology, a De Rigo exclusive for the commercial refrigeration sector, which significantly reduces bacterial proliferation and protects against the risk of infections of microbiological origin, including Covid-19.
And a transcritical CO2 power plant, with liquid ejector, a system that ensures minimum overheating and high energy efficiency. The De Rigo Refrigeration Service provides telemonitoring 24/7, 365 days a year.
